OUR HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

We follow up modern applications of “Human Resources”, a fast growing concept in Turkey, and study the same to construe and systematize it in accordance with the company’s culture.

We train our personnel, who are chosen with the philosophy of “objective point of view” and “the right person for the right job”, so that they can obtain new knowledge and abilities to perform their jobs in the most efficient and effective way within the direction of the purpose of our company.

ARAL is aware of the fact that integrating the personal aims of the employees for their carriers with the aims of the company is the only way to carry the company to the future.

In this direction, the bases of the policy of our human resources are; to optimize the individual power of personnel; encourage them to have characters such as leadership and innovativeness; support them to use their abilities in the direction of the company’s aims; and provide them with proper business environment.
